Scientific activity
is intellectual, creative work aimed at obtaining and using new knowledge, for sustainable development and self-realization of the individual, its main forms are fundamental and applied scientific research.
The scientific achievements of the teaching staff of the "European Business School" - are recognized at the regional and national levels and, in certain areas, in the international scientific and practical space.
Scientific activity at the "European Business School" - is an integral part of the educational process and is carried out to strengthen the scientific, educational, and practical components of the higher education system.
The scientific activity of the "European Business School" is ensured by:
- multi-format development of scientific cooperation (including international) with organizations and institutions to apply scientific approaches to practical tasks of the modern market, implementing the obtained results of scientific research and development into practical activities;
- Participation in conferences of various levels and publications of scientific results in specialized domestic and international publications and scientometric databases;
- Participation of professors and teaching staff in research and experimental works conducted at the university, such as:
1. SCIENTIFIC GROUPS AND PROBLEM GROUPS
- promotion of raising the level of scientific training of students;
- formation of students' interest and need in scientific creativity;
- development of creative thinking, scientific independence, improvement of internal organization, conscious attitude to learning, and deepening and consolidation of knowledge obtained in the learning process.
2. COUNCIL OF YOUNG SCIENTISTS
- quality update of content, forms, and methods of higher education;
- search and support of talented researchers among students, comprehensive support for their work;
- involvement of students and young scientists from the scientific and pedagogical staff of the "European Business School" in solving practical tasks that are of great importance in the development of science;
- promotion of student participation in scientific and practical conferences, seminars, competitions of scientific works, exhibitions, round tables, training, etc.
3. SCIENTIFIC SCHOOL
- formation of the theoretical foundations of strategic management in the economy of Ukraine to determine the priorities of the innovative development of the economy;
- generalization of theoretical approaches and development of practical recommendations for the formation of an innovative management model of business structures;
- coverage of problems in the management of domestic enterprises and the study of cause-and-effect relationships in the conditions of a changing competitive environment.
4. SCIENTIFIC PUBLICATIONS
- publication of research results in the field of management and administration, provision of prompt and convenient access to them for all interested parties;
- promoting the creation of an open information environment for the interaction of leading scientists, young scientists, and practitioners;
- identification of current problems in the development of management science, the impact of globalization, and the creation of a discussion platform for scientists-practitioners regarding the search for new mechanisms for solving them;
- conducting and carrying out scientific research by scientific and pedagogical workers within the main working hours by writing and printing scientific articles, including in publications included in scientometric bases, and participating in scientific conferences
5. SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH LABORATORIES
The purpose of the research laboratory – is to develop theoretical provisions and practical recommendations for improving the business management system, implementing research results into practice and the educational process
- involvement of leading scientists and scientists, employees of higher education institutions, and other scientific institutions and organizations in the educational process;
- organization of scientific, scientific-practical, scientific-methodical seminars, conferences, Olympiads, competitions, scientific-research, coursework, diploma and other works of participants in the educational process.
